• 30 Session Rooms: 10 Sessions Rooms for 100 Pax, 20 Session Rooms for 50 Pax
• Nyiur Melambai Building will be the Registration Center, EO Center, Information Center, Hotel Information, Travel Information, etc
• Grand Manado Building is for Plenary Sessions OCEAN SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND POLICY SYMPOSIUM
• GOR will be renovated for Media Center
• OCEAN SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY & INDUSTRY EXHIBITION, will be held in golf course area with Air Conditioner Tent.
• Exhibition of Province/City/Institution will be held at the same time with WOC'09
• Guest will be stay in Novotel Hotel, Peninsula Hotel, Santika Hotel, Ritzy Hotel, Sedona Hotel, Swiss Bell, Quality Hotel.
• LANTAMAL Headquarter will be the dormitory for the security of WOC’09
